1) What if I am not sure what or how to delegate?

We will provide you with a list of prepared procedures that the VA will be able to implement from day one. What we've seen happen is that as time goes on Shluchim start to come up with innovative ways to utilize their VAs.
You will be added to our WhatsApp group where there is an ongoing farbrengen on how we can best utilize our VAs.
You will also have access to our manager who can help guide you.


2) Is my information safe and secure?

Absolutely, Our team all sign a non-disclosure agreement. In addition, Our manager in the Philippines vets every candidate and collects their government ID so that they can be reported if there are any incidents. Other additional methods are employed to make sure our VAs comply with the non disclosure agreement.


3) How do I get started?

  • Step 1: Sign up here
  • Step 2: We will call you to confirm details and collect your payment information
  • Step 3: We will schedule a meeting to introduce you to your new VA
  • Step 4: A Whatsapp group will be created with you, your VA and our management where you can send instructions and tasks to your VA
  • Step 5: Start delegating!

4) How do I communicate with my VA?

You can communicate with your VA via Whatsapp (text or voice notes), emails, phone calls, and zoom meetings.


5) What if I have a question or concern?

At any time, you can Whatsapp our manager directly with any questions or concerns and expect a timely reply and resolution.


6) How does billing work?

Your card will be charged $98/week for the base 10 hours plus any time spent that exceeded the included 10 hours per week.


7) How do I know how many hours my VA worked?

Your VA will send you a report of his/her hours at the end of every week. You can specify a maximum hours per week limit for your VA, if you wish. Our management monitors VAs work hours and tasks to insure billed hours are aligned with the performed tasks.


8) Do unused hours roll over?

The 10 weekly hours included in your subscription are to be used within the week. Unused hours do not roll over to a different week.


9) What kind of tasks can my VA do?

Your VA can do pretty much anything you need that doesn't require the assistant to be local. Common examples are: Database management, social media management, Preparing mailings and mass email, updating website, creating forms, online research. You can also delegate personal tasks like online shopping, researching flights etc.


10) What are the VAs trained in?

At the very least, your VA will:

  • know about Judaism, nuances of Jewish practice and Chabad Shlichus
  • be familiar with the common tasks delegated to VAs by Shluchim
  • be familiar with some of the platforms you are using
  • have internal resource that will assist them in learning new tasks
